 Paul KariukiPaul is the Programmes Manager and does a good job of developing, leading and motivating the team and volunteers to do their life changing work in the communities we serve. He is passionate about leadership development in NPOs/NGOs, Local Economic Development (LED), Entrepreneurship, SME development, coaching and research in these areas.
 Mbuso MthembuMbuso is in charge of Youth and Advocacy; High School Life-Skills; Out-of-School Youth; and Youth Justice. He is very active and passionate about the potential of our programmes to change lives
 Bongiwe KhumaloBongiwe is in charge of the Y-Zone Life-skills, and the Addington Primary School Life-skills programmes, and brings alot of passion to her job. She has qualified in tax accounting, but finds fulfilment working with the Y-Zone for now
 Arthur Buhle MsaniArthur is the Assistant Residence Manager, who is very passionate about all that we do. He attends the meetings of the Programme Team as he allocates space; but is always in attendance at any programme event.
 Philile MadlalaPhilile is the first face you see, or voice you hear, when you call on Durban YMCA. She is our receptionist and admin support person, who is very committed to what she does.
 Champion KuneneChampion keeps the place together and functioning well - our Maintenance man.
 Sharon PretoriousSharon keeps the laundry clean and tidy for the residents, and assists at the Reception Desk during breaks for Philile.
Maureen ParryMaureen has done a fantastic job in taking litlle kids and turning them into well balanced individuals who make us proud, using the medium of gymnastics to do this. She is particularly good with those with developmental and learing difficulties.
